1. Overview
These terms cover the purchase of ORDX, an ERC-20 token on Polygon PoS, through the OrbitDEX website and the official sale contract listed on the Contracts page. By buying ORDX you confirm you have read and accepted these terms and the risk disclosure below.
2. Rounds and pricing
- Seed: 15 Nov 2026, 00:00 UTC to 30 Nov 2026, 23:59 UTC. $0.01 per ORDX, 5,000,000 ORDX available, minimum $2,000.
- Private: 1 Dec 2026, 00:00 UTC to 14 Dec 2026, 23:59 UTC. $0.02 per ORDX, 20,000,000 ORDX available, minimum $2,000.
- ICO 1 Genesis: 15 Dec 2026, 00:00 UTC to 14 Jan 2027, 23:59 UTC. $0.03 per ORDX, 35,000,000 ORDX available, minimum $50.
- ICO 2 Orbit: 15 Jan 2027, 00:00 UTC to 14 Feb 2027, 23:59 UTC. $0.04 per ORDX, 40,000,000 ORDX available, minimum $50.
- ICO 3 Expansion: 15 Feb 2027, 00:00 UTC to 15 Mar 2027, 23:59 UTC. $0.05 per ORDX, 50,000,000 ORDX available, minimum $50.
Each round closes at its end time or when its allocation sells out, whichever comes first. There is no maximum per wallet. Soft caps are informational and do not trigger refunds.
3. Payment
Accepted payments are POL, USDC and USDT on Polygon. USDC and USDT are valued at $1.00. POL is valued using the Chainlink POL/USD price feed at the moment of purchase. If the feed is unavailable, OrbitDEX may set a temporary manual price, which will be announced publicly. Network fees are paid by the buyer.
4. Delivery and vesting
- Public rounds (Genesis, Orbit, Expansion): ORDX is delivered to the buying wallet in the same transaction.
- Seed: 20% claimable at TGE, a three-month cliff, then nine equal monthly releases from month 4 to month 12.
- Private: 25% claimable at TGE, a three-month cliff, then nine equal monthly releases from month 4 to month 12.
The TGE date is announced in advance. Vested tokens are claimed by the buyer from the dashboard.
5. No refunds
All purchases are final once confirmed on-chain. OrbitDEX cannot reverse blockchain transactions.
6. Eligibility
You are responsible for making sure that buying ORDX is lawful where you live. Do not participate if it is not.
7. Risk disclosure
- Digital assets are highly volatile. The value of ORDX may fall to zero.
- There is no guarantee that ORDX will be listed on any exchange or that any market for it will exist.
- Products described on this website may change, be delayed, or not be offered.
- Smart contracts may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities despite testing and review.
- You alone control your wallet. Lost keys or seed phrases cannot be recovered.
- Regulation of digital assets may change and affect ORDX.
